Shipping Policy

All orders placed on tryruckuspets.com include free standard shipping within the United States. By placing an order with RuckusPets ("we," "us," "our"), you ("customer," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, quality inspections, and fulfillment scheduling. Processing time is separate from and not included in the estimated delivery window below. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard estimated delivery time is 7–16 business days after your order has been processed and shipped, depending on your location, carrier routing, and fulfillment logistics.

Potential Delays — Up to 30 Business Days

While most orders arrive within the standard 7–16 business day window, certain circumstances may extend delivery times by up to 30 business days from the date your order is placed. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Inventory and stock shortages. High demand can cause temporary stockouts, and restocking and fulfillment may add additional time to your delivery.
Carrier delays. Shipping carriers occasionally experience backups, routing issues, weather disruptions, or capacity limitations that slow transit times.
Transit and logistics delays. Unexpected handoffs between carriers, sorting facility backlogs, or regional delivery issues may extend transit time.
Peak seasons and holidays. Shipping volume during busy periods can slow processing and delivery across the entire carrier network.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that delivery may take up to 30 business days and that this timeframe is within the normal expected range for your order. An order that has not yet arrived within this window is not considered lost, missing, or undelivered, and is not grounds for a chargeback, dispute, or claim with your payment provider.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not update in real time. Delays or gaps in tracking updates do not indicate that your package is lost. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at updates@tryruckuspets.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Customer Obligation Before Filing a Dispute

If you believe your order has not arrived, you agree to contact us at updates@tryruckuspets.com and allow us a reasonable period of at least 7 business days to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We maintain records of all shipments, tracking numbers, and carrier confirmations, and will use this documentation to respond to any disputes filed with payment providers.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that is within the stated delivery window (up to 30 business days), or without first contacting us to resolve the issue, constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or dispute and to provide all relevant shipping documentation, order records, and a copy of this agreed-upon policy to your payment provider as evidence.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products purchased on tryruckuspets.com pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier after the product has been tendered to the carrier for shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your building management, or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe a package was stolen after delivery, please file a report with your local authorities and contact the shipping carrier directly.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, customs processing, carrier capacity limitations, inventory shortages, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
